Mirror Pond in Kislovodsk

Mirror Pond is an artificial structure in the Kislovodsk park. Its history began in the 1860s, when in the thickness of limestone cut out a pool of bizarre irregular shape. Subsequently, a pavilion was installed over the drain, which has survived to this day. The Mirror Pond receives fresh water from the “Semigradusny” spring, which has a constant temperature all year round (+7 degrees Rheomur, which corresponds to +9 degrees Celsius).
