Ethnomir Ethnographic Park
Ethnomir is a unique park-museum in Borovsky district of Kaluga region. Here on the area of 140 hectares are located ethno-dwellings of different countries and a unique Peace Street. In Etnomir you can join the cultures of different nations, find yourself at the crossroads of worlds, get distracted from everyday life and find inspiration. The rich program is complemented by recreation in nature. Bus tours to Etnomir are organized in Moscow. Various festivals are regularly held in the park, especially New Year, Christmas, Pancake Day. There are regular master classes, you can go inside a real Russian oven, visit the museums of samovars and irons, admire the dolls of the peoples of the world, get into the subtleties of the process of obtaining honey, learn the art of soap making. But the Siberian husky kennel is the most loved by the guests of Etnomir. On the territory of the park there are thematic hotels – “Belarus”, “Ukraine”, “India”, “Siberia”, “Sri Lanka”, “Podvorye”, “Caravanserai”, “Nepal”, “Himalayan House”, “East Asia”, “South-East Asia”.
