Tower of David in Caracas
The Tower of David in Caracas is also known as the Confinancas Financial Center. The unfinished skyscraper is the third tallest in Venezuela. Since 2007, the Tower of David has been home to low-income residents of Caracas, which is why the skyscraper is often referred to as a “vertical slum.”
Tower of David is featured in season 3 of the television series Homeland. Although filming took place in Puerto Rico, it was set in Caracas.
