The Golden Frau (or Golden Lady) is a memorial obelisk in Luxembourg’s old town on Place de la Constitution. The monument is dedicated to the memory of 2,800 Luxembourgers who died in the battles of World War I while serving as volunteers in the French army.
This spot overlooks the Petrusse Valley and the two bridges that cross over it.
