Old Bridge (Mostar, Stari most)

Stari Most is a pedestrian arch bridge over the Neretva River in Mostar, dividing the city into two parts – Croatian and Muslim. It is a modern replica of the ancient bridge, which was completely destroyed by Croatian militants in 1993. The Old Bridge is 28 meters high and 4 meters wide, and is unique for its unusual “humped” shape and the architecture of the piers.
