Congress Column
Congress Column is located on the square of the same name, it is erected to commemorate the National Congress of 1831, which adopted the Belgian constitution. The Congress Column is crowned by a statue of King Leopold I, and at its foot burns the Eternal Flame in memory of Belgians who died in World Wars I and II.
