Treptow Park is a green recreational area in Berlin’s Treptow-Köpenick district, which became world famous after World War II for its memorial to fallen Soviet soldiers. Most of today’s visitors to the park are adepts of military tourism and simply patriotic Russians who come here to honor the memory of the fallen in the Battle of Berlin.
