Holocaust Memorial in Berlin
Monument to the Victims of the Holocaust opened on the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II (architect P. Eisenmann). Concrete pylons of various heights (2751 pieces) are arranged in a strict geometric order. In the information center of the memorial are stored numerous documents testifying to the most heinous crime of the National Socialist regime – the extermination of 6 million Jews of Europe.
