White Lake
White Lake is located in the eastern administrative district of Moscow, in Kosino-Ukhtomsky district. Since 2006 it has been part of the territory of the Kosinsky Nature and Historical Park, forming together with the nearby Black and Svyatoy lakes the Kosinskoye Trizogeorye. Here you can swim, bask in the sun, fish and just spend time in nature. Near the White Lake there are regularly held holidays, such as Navy Day, Neptune Day, various festivals, which are accompanied by an animation program, sports competitions, water attractions, contests and quizzes. Every year the Kosinsky Marine Club launches the boat of Peter the Great and puts on a theatrical performance. In winter, the lake organizes ice-holes for baptismal bathing, with changing and heating points.
