Teriberka is a point on the map of Russia, which is called the edge of the earth on the shore of the Arctic Ocean. The fishing village, rich in the old days, after perestroika turned into a godforsaken place, and then again received a stimulus to development in the age of innovation, thanks to a happy accident.
