Xel-Ha National Park
Xel-Ha is a themed eco-park consisting of a lagoon, rivers and mangroves. Here you can experience your closeness to nature. Swim with tropical fish in the crystal clear river, snorkel in the underwater cave or take a bike – they are free to rent – and ride around the park. When you’re tired, relax on the beach, visit a spa or one of the many local restaurants. It’s common to combine a visit to the park with a tour of Tulum, but rightly so, it makes sense to spend the whole day here.

If you’re traveling on your own, take a bus (they run frequently from Cancun, from the bus station in Downtown, and along the entire coast) to Tulum and ask the driver to stop at the entrance to the park – you’ll have to walk about 2 km to it.
