Shanghai Tower

Shanghai Tower is one of the city’s most striking landmarks, a landmark that impresses with grandeur and grace. It is a symbol of China’s new century and technological might, of the nation’s wealth and prosperity. Shanghai Tower rises to the sky at 632 meters, being the first in the country and the third in the world in terms of height. The famous skyscraper is located in the no less famous area – the center of finance and commerce Pudong – the cradle of super-high buildings. Together with the Shanghai World Financial Center (492 m) and Jin Mao (421 m), the tower became the final element of the triad of the city’s tallest buildings. The unique postmodernist architecture is breathtaking in its swiftness, slenderness and scale. Construction

All stages of construction and fragments of the structure meet the standards of green building, the main objective of which is the most economical and environmentally justified construction and operation of buildings. For example, the unique spiral shape of the tower not only gives it an unusually graceful appearance, but is also a guarantee of increased wind resistance, which has helped to significantly save construction materials.
